It wasn't the car model I wanted, and it was much worse than what I requested.

The service was excellent and enthusiastic.

The service staff we encountered were quite average in attitude. They tried to sell insurance and a full tank of gas, but after we declined, they didn't push further. We were free to choose any car; the RAV4 has a larger trunk compared to the Jeep, fitting three large suitcases and one small suitcase.

Return process was very quick. Too many people during pick-up, no Chinese service available, poor value for the safety seat, expensive and not worth the price.

It was very easy to rent a car at the airport.

It was very helpful to find a rental company.
