The service attitude and vehicle condition were good. The only downside was being charged for adding a second driver mid-rental; only noticed it on the invoice. However, after negotiating with QEEQ, the refund was processed quickly.

The Alamo branch at Salt Lake City is very convenient. You can handle the rental process directly at the airport upon arrival. The process is efficient and quick, and the car models and conditions are good. The only downside is that you need to return the car with a full tank, and it's challenging to find a gas station near the airport. Overall, this car rental experience was very satisfactory.
