The queue was very short.

The car pickup process went smoothly. We also rented a child seat and tire chains. However, when picking up the car, the staff mentioned it had a full tank, but it actually only had 3/4 of a tank. Additionally, while skiing in Chamonix, it started snowing, and we discovered the tire chains provided by the store were too small and couldn't be put on. Unfortunately, we had to waste half a day waiting for the snow on the ground to melt before heading out.

Despite all precautions, I was still charged over 1000 euros for insurance without my knowledge. Firstly, they added an additional driver fee of over 300 euros, and upon returning the car, they had me sign and charged me directly, even using the deposit to cover the insurance costs. It was extremely disappointing to be charged an extra 1000 euros for insurance on top of the full coverage I had already purchased. They even switched the car to a French model.

Long waiting time in line, was told no cars were available, changed the Mercedes to a Ford with no refund.

1. Wrong charges, overcharges 2. During return, complicated simple issues (company's fault), making it hard to understand 3. Delay in refunding the overcharged amount, still unresolved!
