After completing the paperwork at the counter, the staff gave us the keys and told us the parking spot number, and we went to the rear parking lot to get the car ourselves. They also provided a damage report for the car, informing us that if we found any issues upon inspection, we could contact the staff in the parking lot to correct them. The staff asked if we wanted to add roadside assistance insurance. Since we were told that we would get a brand new car with only 4000 miles on it, and our rental fee already included comprehensive insurance, we felt it was unnecessary to add any extra coverage (which proved to be correct, as the trip went smoothly and the car was in excellent condition).
