About Alamo: 2.0 /10
The line for picking up the car in Las Vegas was extremely long, taking more than half an hour to line up and over an hour to get the car! I originally booked a mid-size SUV, Jeep Grand Cherokee, through QEEQ. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard SUV, Kia Sorento. I don’t know if it was QEEQ or Alamo that switched the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that when returning the car in LA, even though I had refueled it completely, Alamo charged me an FSO fee, which is for refueling services, costing about $50. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. About Alamo: 2.0 /10
I am very dissatisfied with this car rental experience. I mistakenly selected the wrong pick-up location, and although I rented the car for 7 days, I contacted customer service immediately upon arriving at the airport to correct the pick-up location. However, they informed me that it could not be changed or canceled, so I never got the car but was still charged for the 7 days. I find the policies of this car rental company to be extremely unreasonable and feel they are outright unfair. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic, and there was no way to file a complaint through phone or any department. I am very disappointed with this car rental company and will not use their services again.

Alamo and other rental companies are located at the Las Vegas airport car rental building, about a 10-minute ride on a free shuttle bus. The office is large, and since we arrived close to midnight, there was no queue. Two counters were open, and we quickly completed the rental process. With the rental confirmation slip, you can take the escalator to the parking lot. There was only one car left in the booked category, and the staff let us choose any car from the higher category, but we didn't need a larger vehicle, so we took the only one available, which was very new with only 8000 miles on it. Returning the car was super quick, taking less than a minute, just a check to see if the tank was full. The rental building is only a 2-minute drive from South Las Vegas Outlets and a gas station, very convenient!

About Alamo: 10.0 /10
The process at the San Francisco airport branch was quick and straightforward. I booked an RV4 or Ford Escape class vehicle, and the pickup was very flexible—you could choose the car yourself in the garage. I opted for a JEEP, which was actually an upgrade at no extra charge since I had purchased the best insurance. On the third day in San Francisco, my car window was broken, and items were stolen while inside Golden Gate Park. After filing a police report, I contacted the rental company and immediately returned the car without any additional paperwork. The service was prompt and customer-friendly.

Very good, they upgraded my vehicle for free at the store. When the tire burst and the windshield broke on the road, they handled it immediately and replaced it with a new car for free.
