Not bad

I was told by National that the order from QEEQ was not theirs, and they directed us on how to reach the Budget office.

There was a good range of cars available when I arrived. The bodywork had a couple of small scratches which I had to point out but the staff were happy to log them. Vehicle itself was in good condition. On return, there were no quibbles and the process was quick and easy. Staff at both pickup and return were helpful and friendly.

Price drop worked great. Didn't have any problems with the rental voucher.

National employees were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our rental car and their service.

Best price found from all other competitors. Pricing never changed, it was what they quoted me to be. Easy to use.

LAX office a bit far from airport but bus shuttle is provided.
