Overall service was good, both pickup and drop-off were smooth.

I booked a Volvo but was given a Jeep Compass instead. This small Jeep has a fuel tank of only about 30 liters, which really caused me range anxiety—I felt like I needed to find a gas station after driving for just a short while. During the last two days, the fuel gauge even broke. No matter how much fuel you add, even if it's overflowing, the needle still shows 3/4 full. When returning the car, I had to explain this at the counter, and I don't know if they'll deduct money for it.

They won't give you the car even one minute before 7 AM, even though staff are already inside.

The reserved car model was unavailable, so they gave us a similar Hyundai i40 wagon, which was very new.
