Had to queue to pick up the car but the line wasn't long.

We informed the staff about the collision when returning the car, but they were very impatient and kept questioning us about how the accident happened. We booked a Cruze but were given a very old model Nissan Pulsar instead. The car had no backup radar or alert system, making it very prone to accidents, especially in dark conditions. The experience was far worse compared to Hertz, and we won't choose this company again.

Picking up the car went smoothly. Returning it was also hassle-free; they just checked for any obvious dents and if the tank was full. The car was in good condition.

There was a bit of a wait when renting the car, probably waiting for someone to return their car so it can be rented to us. Returning the car was very quick. Overall pretty good.

Good, the paperwork was handled quite quickly and the staff were really nice.
