We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

They tried to upsell additional insurance when picking up the car, but processed everything normally when I declined. The staff's attitude could be improved. The car was very new, possibly due to the pandemic and fewer customers. Returning the car was very quick.
