Convenient pickup and drop-off, plenty of cars available

It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color. She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.

Fast, friendly, and the vehicle was new and in good condition. However, the agreed-upon vehicle was not available. This is an issue with QEEQ.

Quick pickup, no hard selling

The process of getting the car was pretty good. However I don’t understand why I had to purchase the personal liability insurance which costs me another 100 Plus usd . The staff explained that it was compulsory and that the police would require it or something like that. If it is compulsory why don’t u all include it in the price so that we can Budget or review this before we book.
