Car was very clean. Counter staff was easy going but took sometime for other person. Insurance was very costly!!!

Car was a competitive rate, ideal size and generally sound if a little dirty. Location is about 10 minutes from the airport, a shuttle bus is provided but operated by a parking company and not good 'easyrent' identification signage to see it. Car was not clean when collecting, difficult to inspect for any damage to sign off collection paperwork. Return was challenging (before 6.30 am), office not open, told to park on kerb on street and return keys to nearby car park company - created unecessary risk for me as a customer. TLDR: Overall car as described and had competitive rates, staff were friendly -but- cleanlienesss of car, shuttle bus signage / instructions and return process system could be much better.

Booking always usually good with easyrentcars

Unclear booking process. Took 2 hours to get the car. Firstly we were advised to stay in the wrong queue. Upon getting to the top of the queue we were told the booking was not in the system. It then took over 15 minutes to rectify this issue, and there was no explanation what had happened, even though we were repeatedly asked if we were sure we hadn’t cancelled the booking, despite have a booking confirmation with us. The Company then refused to use the credit card used for the booking to cover the deposit nor would they take google pay with the driver’s name which resulted in an extra cost of £111. This was not a good customer experience and I would not recommend this service to others

The car that i ordered was not available. i was offered an "upgrade" - pick up track.... poor choice. poor condition, broken tail light. got a feeling that the only thing that this company is looking for are ways to make me spend more money (super expensive additional insurance, paiud 100 pounds to rent to kids boosters), etc.
