The staff is seriously understaffed, waited for a long time, and the system crashed during this period, almost missed my flight! The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

It was easy to pick up the car. Car was brand new. No schemes nor the staff tried to sell anything else from what I've reserved. I wen full insured with easyrentcars and had no issues at all.

They were busy when I picked up my car and yes I had to wait 30 minutes
