When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

Excellent service from pick-up to paperwork. Truly heartfelt and great.

The service attitude was okay, but later on some issues came up, causing significant losses overall. That's about it.
