Trustworthy

At pickup there was only one clerk and a few large groups waiting, which made the wait really long. Nowhere any signs to find the pickup location, plus we didn’t get the 4 door car as we had reserved and paid for. Car we got was quite nice, just not what was ordered.

Perfect platform, 300 cheaper thin everywhere else.

Car was not a seat Leon. It was an old peugeot 2008. It was the most underpowered car I have ever driven. Had to go up most hills in first.

Car was better than expected and very good fuel consumption. Staff did their job as expected and were friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied with the price (that is the reason I booked). I feel I received the service I expected, which was very good.

The car was fine and the staff very helpful. The hire location is close to Plaza Espana in a narrow one way street, currently exacerbated by major building works. It can be challenging to collect and return the vehicle with so little space to manoeuvre - a skip full of rubble was being passed over the car as we were trying to hand it back and the traffic was horribly backed up. If europcar could arrange a separate secure area for pickup and return it would be great.

Fairly long wait for pick up. Was told when booking online I had paid in full and would pay nothing at pick up. When picking the car up I was required to pay an additional 23€ tax and an 800€ deposit.
