I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy. I had to request she acknowledge the damages and give me a copy of the form. This process took approximately 60 minutes.

They were great to deal with, I would definitely recommend this place.

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

At the time of my arrival there were too many people and only one customer service representative. Due to the fact that one of the customer took a lot of time to make a decission the whole line of people was waiting for too long. If you book a car in advance the whole process should be organized faster and easier. But when Junior came everything started to move faster.

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
