We picked up the car in the city center without waiting at all. The process was straightforward. Returning the car was also very smooth—once the staff received the car, they quickly checked it and said everything was fine.

The store is located inside the castle hotel by Lake Louise. If you're unsure, just ask the staff. The car was a Hyundai compact, but it comfortably fit four average-sized adults. The roads around Lake Louise, including to Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake, are in good condition. Renting a small car like this for touring around is actually very nice. The staff saw that my order already included full insurance, so they didn't try to sell us any additional insurance.

Dislike: It was only one car on the lot so when they told me to choose the car I wanted there was only one.
