Basic car, predatory price gouging at rental counter when you are out of options to start your holid

Europcar is very efficient. The entire pick-up process is quick and transparent, with information entered on a tablet.

Unexpectedly good. The pickup and drop-off processes were very professional. Unfortunately, I didn't get the model I originally reserved and received a Chevrolet Tracker that made rattling noises when starting. Luckily, the car didn't have any issues during the trip.

Everyone, make sure to watch them closely when they process the payment and check if it's a deposit or if they're secretly adding insurance. Overall, very poor service. I won't rent from Europcar again. The store forces you to buy a full tank of fuel, or you’ll get a car with no fuel. Their attitude is like they don't care whether you rent from them or not.

The rental company picked us up at the airport exit, and their store is just a few hundred meters away from the airport.
