Perfect!

The car was absolutely amazing, very clean and safe, a new car with only 10k miles. The Pick-Up process was very easy and a delight. The lady on the counter was lovely and made the process simple and very fast. The whole process took about 15 minutes.

QEEQ made the booking process so easy and simple. I loved it, and the price was great. I'm definitely keeping the app installed on my phone, and I'll resort to QEEQ again when needed without any hesitation.

Initially, they gave us a car without a front license plate and not the model I had booked. Later, the patrolling staff at the car park noticed and said it was unusable, asked the service staff to switch, and we were told there were no cars at that spot. Finally, albeit reluctantly, the receptionist gave us the car model we had booked.

The queue was very slow, the reserved car model was unavailable, and they recommended higher-end models with an additional charge of $250 to $400. After refusing, they tried to sell other services. Eventually, I ended up paying an extra $70 for the car. The process took nearly 2 hours.

Pick-up location was under staffed so the wait was longer than anticipated.

No problems

The vehicle was in really bad condition Every time I braked the whole car would shake. Every time I drove fast the car would star making noises, the pick up speed is really bad. The service of the staff of budget was pretty grumpy and when I went into the office there after dropping of the vehicle the lines were so long I would have missed my flight if I would have waited in line. I don’t believe I should be paying for this rental and I expect a refund.
