The car rental store aggressively upsold unnecessary services and set traps. I rented a car in Los Angeles and returned it in San Diego, a 130-mile journey for one day. I made my booking with full insurance, returning the car with a full tank, for a total cost of 996 RMB. However, during pickup, they added an 'any fuel return' option and roadside assistance, which cost an additional $144.29. Since I picked up the car in the middle of the night, I instructed the staff to proceed as per my reservation and signed without carefully reviewing the details. For a one-day rental between Los Angeles and San Diego, driving 200 kilometers, the total cost was 996 RMB plus $144.29. This turned out to be my most expensive rental experience in the United States in over a decade of renting cars. Very disappointing!

My English isn't very good, but the counter staff were quite patient.

There are at least six or seven rental companies together, very convenient. This one is quite large. I booked a Ford Edge but ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Really liked it.

Some recommendations were made, but everything was based on the customer's preferences. Excellent car rental experience.
