First I had to request a domestic as they tried to put me into a KIA Forte when I was expecting a Ford Fusion. Ended up with a Chev Impala which was fine. At return they tried to stick me with some vehicle damage that was shown to me at pick up but was marked incorrectly on the initial inspection sheet. Then tried to charge me a late return fee because they had entered in the wrong info. The only reason I went with them was because of the unlimited mileage as I was going to Montreal and back, a 2000km trip and the usual 200km per day for 7 days wasn't gonna do the job. I ate the extra charges that pushed the rental up to $490+, over $100 more than expected because I wouldn't have been able to get another vehicle elsewhere on zero notice. Will not be dealing with them again.

Moi c,était la première fois que je me rendais à 1100boulevard René levesque à Québec Québec hilton .Pour moi de ma résidence c'est parfait pour aller à cette endroit .agent à accueil très gentil mais pour le reste ça bien été Mes salutations à vous et je suis content de votre service .vous faites de bon prix
