想像以上に状態の良い車を借りる事が出来ました。 カウンタースタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。 でもその親切のせいかお客様との雑談が挟まり、我々の前に並んでいたのは1組だけなのに30分以上待たされました。 旅行者は時間に追われている事をほんの少し理解して頂けるともっと素晴らしいかと思います。

Both car pickup and return were very quick and easy. All procedures were simple, and with the car in good condition, everything was completed swiftly.

The car rental procedures at Hertz were very simple, both for picking up and returning the vehicle. For the return, they just did a quick inspection of the exterior. I only bought basic insurance and they didn't push for more coverage. The vehicle inspection was straightforward. Due to a long waiting time during pickup, they generously gave a free tank of gas to every customer waiting. A big company with a big heart!

Hertz car rental is excellent. The staff was very interesting and even upgraded us to a Hyundai Tucson for free. It was much better than Ace rental in Melbourne, where we reserved a Mitsubishi Outlander, but they gave us a Toyota RAV4 instead, claiming they were the same class. The RAV4 was the only car available even though there were two Outlanders parked outside. They said we were late by 16 minutes and those cars were reserved for the next day. Their service was terrible with dirty cars and sandy fabric seats, and we had to wait at the airport for over half an hour. I'd advise everyone to stick with Hertz to avoid such issues. And are Outlander and RAV4 really the same class? Don't fool me.

Dislike: The drop off location at airport. Kinda hard to find
