Well-prepared and quick car pickup process.

Located right inside Antalya Airport, the process was very smooth. The car was in the nearby parking lot, a diesel Qashqai, very new and clean with 360° driving view.

Very satisfied. Efficiency and service attitude are both very good. I don't know why their score is so low.

The staff at the counter tried to give me another smaller car initially stating that it was more fuel/cost efficient. It was only when I refused it that I was offered another car of similar size as the one I had booked but had to wait for 45 minutes for that car to be delivered.

Booking was straightforward although it would be useful to understand what are the alternative cars that could be offered in each category.
