Generally satisfactory experience right from picking up the car until returning the car

Good experience, changing cars was very convenient. Just a quick discussion and it was done. Received the email promptly.

Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

There were recommended services during vehicle pickup, but it's better to make a rational choice.

No one else was there, so it was quick and straightforward.

Service staff was fast and professional. Pick up with smooth with no extra questions asked and no upsell. They took a credit card for holding charge, but other than that, it was take the keys and go.

Simple to use and most importantly, app & website were both fast and very clear about what we were paying for. Customer service is top notch and responds almost immediately.
