Excellent. The lovely lady saw we were only two people and gave us a convertible. So grateful for the wonderful journey.

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.

Dislike: A little too long at collecting vehicle

Like: Well priced for size of car, well known rental company, quite a simple process overall.
Dislike: Car booked was a Skoda Superb or similar, which is quite a large car. Car issued was a Skoda Octavia, which is the next size down.
