Great experience with the mystery car booking

Picking up and returning the car was convenient, and the service was good.

Since I arrived at Toronto Pearson Airport at night, I directly went to the car rental counter. Because I had already paid for the rental in advance, the entire process was completed in just 5 minutes.

1) The staff waited past closing time due to our flight delay; 2) The vehicle was upgraded to a 7-seater with a large trunk, which we liked.

I specifically looked for cars that could carry a lot of luggage in the trunk, and the interface makes it very difficult to accurately assess how much luggage space one will receive. It's an important piece of information for traveling families. We ended up having to trade in the first car we received for a larger one, but ideally you could spare you customers the hassle.

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.
