But it was great and I was totally happy with the mystery car. The desk told me the mystery carton end up being whatever they have but it save me 30% so it was definitely worth it. I was going to be renting it for a long period of time I made a bit more picky, but this is just for one day work trip.

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.

Helpful counter staff. Gravel on floor of car as well as bits of trash in the back seat area. No one came out to check the car for damage before I drove off in it, something that has been done with previous rentals.
