I was given a bigger suv

We wanted a compact vehicle and received a Dodge Durango they told me it was a free upgrade and I told him I wasn’t interested in an upgrade and it’s only an upgrade if you consider it an upgrade they said that there was nothing else available and I told them that I booked this months ago. They said we had the option to cancel which wasn’t an option at the time.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Picked up 12:30 am after flight delays and staff was still there from airport to location and I was driving away in 30 minutes

Online Cost was extremely competitive

I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.
