Overall, very satisfied. However, during pickup, there was an Indian lady who replaced the previous staff, trying to sell road assistance insurance with a tough attitude. Not as good as the previous representative.

The staff insisted on purchasing insurance even though I already bought full coverage through the rental service. After returning the car, there were many unexpected charges. Thrifty has serious overcharging issues.

Liability insurance is a must, and I think the rental company sets a trap with the pricing. Since liability insurance is required, it shouldn't be excluded from the initial quote!

The provided car was an under category of what I ordered online. The car itself was dirty inside, high milled, and had mechanicals problems in the steering wheel. Staff was not that nice when I discovered they charged me with insurance (third liability) which was already included in what I paid in my reservation with easy rent cars. In conclusion very poor customer experience with Thrifty.
