Picking up the car was quick, but couldn't find any staff in the parking lot when returning the car.

The Ford EDGE I reserved was unavailable, so they offered me a choice between a JEEP Grand Cherokee and a Hyundai Santa Fe. I chose the Grand Cherokee without hesitation as it’s a high-end car in my home country.

Got to the counter for collection was told there was no car, would we take another,l replied as long as it’s a soft top,was then told the car would be twenty minutes, Forty minutes later still no car,when I returned to the counter was told the car had not been returned yet, After a further thirty minutes the car turned up, No apologies no nothing just abruptly told your car is in bay whatever, We got to the car to find it had not been cleaned,the oil change light was on,the washer fluid needed filling, We filled the washer up ourselves, The car return was ok
