Use Centauro only if really worth it. Prefer others, nicer and closer to airport

The overall service was average, and the staff seemed rather impatient during pick-up. Be sure to inspect the car carefully, and it’s best to record a video as evidence. This is a local rental company with affordable rates, but adding insurance is part of their business strategy. Car theft, smash-and-grabs, and luggage theft are common in Italy, especially in parking lots near tourist attractions. The police are typically unhelpful, so it’s highly recommended to purchase comprehensive insurance, including coverage for lost items inside the vehicle. When choosing a rental company, compare the total costs after adding full insurance.

Car rental is convenient.

1. The instructions from the rental platform about airport pick-up were unclear (after arrival, go upstairs to the departure hall, exit through the leftmost door, and wait at the parking spots with yellow diagonal lines while contacting them, look for a yellow minibus with a noticeable Centauro sign); 2. After contacting them, we waited for over an hour.

The car aas not quite as big and not nearly as powerful as expected. It was however very economical, clean and new and drive very smoothly. The cruise control was fantastic! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, dealing with many customers who were hot and had had delays. Lots of respect and praise for them!

Very easy to book! Great value which didnt need dropping.

Centrino were terrible from start to finish. No idea where to get shuttle bus. No signs. Once we finally found the area waited for 30 minutes to be picked up. At office we waited over an hour to get car. Staff were very very slow. Never again will we I hire a car with them
