not happy with vehicle.

When I arrived they tried to put my into a mini van claiming that was the only vehicle they had. After reading similar reviews I told them that the van was not acceptable, that I had paid for a SUV and that was the vehicle I wanted. Miraculous that they were able to find a SUV parked next to the other 11 SUVs on their lot!

Overall satisfied, but had to wait for quite a while before the staff brought the car over during pickup. The staff left without saying anything, and I had to ask to find out that I needed to inspect the vehicle myself and mark any damages. The guard at the exit then signed off on it. None of this was proactively communicated.

1) The staff waited past closing time due to our flight delay; 2) The vehicle was upgraded to a 7-seater with a large trunk, which we liked.

Very rude attitude. The car I booked was not available at the counter. I originally reserved a Mustang, but they randomly gave me a Hyundai SUV instead. The difference is too much. I recommend not using this company.

It'd be great if Budget could send a fee breakdown email for the credit cards charges.

Good app, easy to use, good price too.
