Everthing good from the time of arrival to pick up car to driving the car and returning it to same location in Mitchell Canberra. Prior to arriving to pick up car, I rang to check if all things ready to go. Customer service agent tone aclittle abrupt. Before driving off, we were just given the keys. After driving off it appears that the car had cuise control, but we were not shown how to operate it. It probably had Sat Nav but were not shoen it. I used Siri (Google) voice command on my phone instead. No problems starting car in freezing conditions. Great plus: the car, a KIA Cerato had done over 20,000 klms but looked brand new, spotless inside and out and clear windows and windscreens, inside and out....a 10 for presentation.

There's a counter at the terminal, but the pickup point is in the airport parking lot. Since I'm not fluent in English, I had to figure out the car functions myself after getting the car. I booked a RAV4 but ended up with a Nissan.

We booked the car online with a pick-up time of 1 PM and a return time of 1 PM two days later. However, we actually picked up the car at 10:30 AM. They charged us for three days without communicating this beforehand or reminding us whether it was two days or three days and whether the return time needed to be adjusted. As a result, we returned the car at 11 AM, only a little over half an hour late, but we were charged for three days. The main issue was the lack of any reminders or notifications, which left us very dissatisfied.
