The rental company is easy to locate, very fast and efficient.

The service attitude was good, the procedures were simple, and the vehicle was in normal condition. There were many renters, and the queue time was long. We arrived about an hour later than our scheduled pickup time, and the reserved car was no longer available. They didn't tell us at first and asked us to wait for 20 minutes. After waiting for half an hour and inquiring multiple times, they finally informed us of the situation. This delayed our trip. If we had known earlier, we could have changed the car model sooner. We were dissatisfied with the return billing method. We only used the car for one day and didn’t drive much. To save trouble, we didn't fill up the tank and planned to be billed by mileage for the fuel. However, Hertz estimated based on the tank usage. The tank wasn’t full when we picked up the car, and we ended up paying more. We believe that billing by mileage would be fairer.

This was the worst pick up experience I have ever had. Upon pick up we were told that the car would not be ready for 2-4 hours. In the end I waited four hours for pick up.

Like: The car was amazing, a little pricey. The service and speed was great.
Dislike: Being charged $79 for gas when tank was over 3/4 full.
