Stress free booking

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

Overall good. We have been charged for extra 4l of gas at the end (though we refilled to full 3kms from the airport). Time at the counter was longer than necessary (comparing to other renters, which seem more efficient).

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

It was much cheaper than booking direct. All went smoothly, didn’t even need to show e voucher at pick up

The car performance is great. Clean. Was expecting to have Android Auto which is basic in many cars.

While booking would prefer to have an option to choose the zero excess from the provider (Europcar).

Worst experience ever.
