Easy process to book and smooth transaction all throughout. Good value for money too!

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

The car rental service was excellent, with no additional upselling.

Instead of Kia, we were given a Suzuki Swift GL, which has a very low wheelbase, causing bumpy scraping in the many speed breakers around Hobart. The complimentary GPS was very useful, though we had our own, which we didn't had to use.

Good service as usual, our 4th hiring in the last 12 months.

Perhaps can link to the NRMA for better insurance coverage as we gotta offer of similar insurance coverage in Melbourne which cost us only $125 for 5 days vs Hobart at $450 for 5 days.
