The staff attitude is acceptable, and they are quite patient in explaining terms when they notice your English isn't great. Overall, if your English isn't too good, don't worry. Take your time to read through, look up words in the dictionary if you don't understand, and ask more questions. Don't confirm anything you don't fully understand. If the staff tries to upsell, just say: no thanks, I just want what I ordered.

There were quite a few people when I rented the car, so I waited for a bit. Returning the car was very quick and the service was warm.
