Smooth and Easy

Pick-up and drop-off are quite convenient.

The car was broken down in the road, with check engine light on, and strong gas smelling. We have to call the road assistant to report the issue and waiting for 3 hours to get answer with the next day to have the replacement car. We end up with one more day stay in our intermedia hotel in Jasper and can not cancel that day hotel in Kamloops. So we wasted 500 CAD (Jasper hotel) + 300 CAD (Kamloops hotel) plus one more day stuck in Jasper in the mountain. This is horrible because of the bad condition of the rental car.

Good platform to do the car rental and hotel booking.

Loved the car and the features it had.

Like: Sightseeing was great.... Loved Canada's Wonderland.... My kids enjoyed The African Safari as well as Niagara Falls....
Dislike: Only had one bad experience.... I went to the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Toronto. The meal tasted great, then upon leaving I left my bag with some goodies on my table... I returned after 5 mins to find my bag gone and no one knew where it was... The people who cleaned our table did not see the bag and they were literally cleaned as soon as we left... I left my number with the manager but no one ever called to say if they ever found the bag.....

Like: The office staff was super and I would recommend him anytime The car was exactly what I ordered and he was very helpful with where everythng was located.
Dislike: It was the best car rental experience I have had
