Super straightforward on the dos and don'ts including the unique aspects of a Cornwall country lane. So far as I can see the price was way below other Penzance car hire.

The rental company is certainly a scam. They required an additional charge for all petrol cars. We argued strongly during the return and got the extra fee refunded.
