I just want to ask if this will be brushed off if other friends encounter the same issue? Rental car platform, do you only care about taking the money and not about after-sales service and accountability?

The handling was not particularly efficient. Average. I didn't receive the car keys and had to wait. I waited and waited, but no one came. When I went back, it turned out the keys had been ready for a while, but no one informed me.
