Got downgraded to Isuzu medium SUV without notice

Very professional.

There were many hidden charges at the end, like premium station surcharge, license fee, and administration fees, which were not listed in the car rental agreement. These added up to over 60 dollars. The staff was specifically targeting Chinese customers and maliciously upgraded my insurance since I was unfamiliar. Will blacklist them in the future!

Super helpful staff, no push to upsell, hidden charges etc. Vehicle was clean, fully fuelled and ready to go. Toll roads were automatically billed as used. Highly recommended!

The person on the desk tried to tell us next time we should solely book through their company and that it wouldn’t have been much dearer. I had checked though and it was quite a lot more expensive .

When I dropped off the car, a man just received the key. That's it. I wanted any confirmation document of the drop-off the car. But They didn't.
