Easy pleasant road trip.

I booked a Mercedes and got a Kia instead. How could I be satisfied?

I booked a Mercedes, but it wasn't available when I got there. Had a minor scrape during the rental, called but no one answered. Returned the car at the parking lot, no one was there to inspect. There were some Eastern European staff wandering around, but the clerk told me they couldn't check the car immediately and that I need to wait for a damage report. Still hasn't come, and two days after return they charged me over 800 euros, plus they didn't refund the 90-euro deposit. I only used my credit card when picking up, but somehow Avis was still able to make withdrawals after I returned the car, which feels very unsafe!

Car pickup was smooth. Returning the car at Frankfurt Central Station was challenging due to complex and congested traffic. The return instructions were not detailed enough (missing parking lot pictures, exact name, and specific parking level).

Between Terminals 1 and 2, many car rental companies are grouped together, making it easy to find.

Great car, the agent upgraded us to a mini SUV for no additional cost.
