The car was new, service was very good, some upselling but not pushy.

The car was great, although a bit bigger than I expected. Also when I needed to amend the drop off I wasn't able to get any help either online, via the app, or by calling, and the rental desk at the airport was going direct to voicemail.

Initial booking was easy and when I needed to make a change to the pick up time, customer service was very helpful. However, I also needed to amend my drop off time, and QEEQ were not able to help with that.

Booked a mid size SUV specifically to fit our luggage. As soon as the rental clerk realised we didn’t need the additional insurance we were palmed off with a smaller SUV than needed. No pre inspection by the staff, couldn’t be bothered, luckily I always take extensive photos and videos as on returning the vehicle the inspection guy stated that I should have highlighted the parking dents and scratches before hand. Luckily I have photos on pickup and drop off. Beware!

Like: I'm usually good at finding deals for car rental but the best deal I could find for a 9 day rental for a mid size was over $700! Without any coupons, codes or etc, the standard price was around $900. When I found this deal on the same vehicle at Hertz, for only $430, I was very skeptical but I checked the deal everyway I could and then booked...no payment of card upfront. Then I verified that the confirmation was a legit booking at Hertz. No problems at all. I would highly recommend and this will be my starting point next time when I book a car.
