Very convenient and efficient

There was not a single Corolla available. The self-service kiosk had a Chinese language option but I wasn't allowed to use it, and instead I was directed to the manual counter where they insisted on selling me insurance. The agent kept saying 'unfortunately' when I refused. As an experienced driver, I was very careful and made it safely through Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas without any incidents.

Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.

I booked a Cherokee, but they didn't have one available and refused to upgrade. After insisting, they finally gave me a low-end model that wasn't four-wheel drive.

Very good. The front desk was very efficient, and there were no additional insurance sales. The car was nice as well, with a variety of vehicles to choose from. Highly recommended.
