We booked a Dodge charger. However, when we got to Thrifty, they did not have a Dodge Charger available. However, after reviewing our booking confirmation they were able to locate a Mustang GT at a different location. We appreciated the efforts made to get us a satisfactory vehicle. the whole process did, however, take considerably long that we planned for since we had to wait for them to get the vehicle from a different location.

You should let people decline your insurance if they have better rental insurance offered through their credit card. Other companies have let us do this before despite having previously been put down for basic insurance in the reservation. That was ridiculous and a big complaint I had that could easily be remedied.

Like: When I dropped the car off, a Thrifty employee came over and gave us a ride to the terminal. Then once inside, there was a lineup, and he said "Shall I just take the keys and we will send you the receipt?" Yes! Thank you.
Dislike: Had to walk 200 M from the rental desk to the where the car was, but not a huge deal.
