Recibí un auto del año con 16.000 km en excelente estado. El único detalle fue que no logré regular la intensidad del tablero de instrumentos para verlo mejor durante el día.

Muy simple y rápido con explicaciones certeras sobre los botones y selección de alternativas.

Europcar charged me again after I finished using the car. Upon inquiry, I was told it was a system issue and they would process the refund on 2018/10/19. However, there has been no update and I have not received the refund. After submitting a second after-sales service request to Zuzuche, there was also no follow-up. I am very disappointed with this. I advise everyone to be extremely cautious when considering renting a car in South America.

Great car for what we needed. Bigger than I expected. They could have helped a little more with advice on making mirror adjustments etc.

Buena atención del personal

al principio tenia dudas de la página, pero cumplió en todo sentido.

The physical condition of the car contained many small dents and scrapes but the interior was mint. Windshield and tires were in extremely good condition. The front counter staff were fun and set everything up swiftly and released the car with ease. I would rent using Europcar again without question.
