No one was at the Dollar Counter at Tucson Airport. Hertz counter helped customers for 3 different rental companies, and line was very long. Vehicle was new and in excellent condition, but prices doubled this year.

“Will not return to Dollar”

Staff didn’t even give me a choice ofnot taking extra insurances, pay for fuel option was pictured mandatory. I paid over 500$ extra over what I paid on QEEQ. Upon return I was told to leave keys in the car and go, next day I noticed an extra cleaning charge of $100. I will never return to Dollar
