The service at the Record Go car rental company at Barcelona Airport was very poor, especially during the return process. However, during the return process, they investigate every issue. If you didn't carefully take photos at the time of pickup, you'll be held responsible for all pre-existing damages and scratches on the car.

There is a fuel deposit, but as long as you refill the tank when returning, it will generally be refunded within about three days.
