Convenient

Very thorough in checking documents, so the process was not fast. I was asked if I wanted insurance that included towing fees, but I insisted and they eventually dropped it. Returning the car was very convenient; after a quick round outside, I just handed over the keys, got the receipt, and left.

Pick up process was misleading. I had an allergy attack due to the dog hair under the seat..could hardly breathe. I would of returned and exchanged the car, but the dog hair was not openly present.

You should have a customer service number on hand for emergencies.

Like: MSP is a difficult airport to rent a car at but this time was fairly easy due to good service. The dollar people we're friendly and efficient. Booking beforehand made it a smooth process.
Dislike: When we returned the car, some of the men were just standing there watching my disabled Mom and I struggle to gather our belongings. I realize it is a cultural issue, but employees should be instructed in American values and be expected to help customers.

Like: new vehicle
Dislike: needed to pay for whole day for just a few extra hours
