“Overpaid for a smaller vehicle, had no idea who to complain to to rectify the situation.”

Paid extra for a vehicle that would seat 7. The car did not seat 7, it seated 5. When I spoke to the Hertz staff she indicated that the car does seat 7 and told me it has a third row seat. I went back out to the car to check and It did not. She told me the only other car they could offer me would cost an additional 100.00 per day.
