Communication in Chinese was smooth, and there were no extra insurance sales pitches. However, they charged over 90 for tolls, and the handling fee was surprisingly high at over 70, which seems quite excessive. Plus, I have no recollection of driving on any toll roads.

The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.
