Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.

The Durango is awesome, the specs seems like driving a high end cars...the gas was expensive but it is a SUV so... it would be nice if there's a dropoff at Midway airport... so pretty much it's worth the money...

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
